Tommy Howse
Integrative counsellor drawing on a range of frameworks to find the approach that best suits each individual client. I also bring an existential perspective, welcoming questions around purpose, belonging, and mortality. BACP registered, with experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and neurodiverse clients. I identify as Non-Binary, Poly, and Pansexual. My practice is rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is where healing begins, offering a space to explore how we relate to others: a kind of dress-rehearsal for life outside the therapy room. I also bring an existential perspective, welcoming questions around purpose, belonging, and mortality.
I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor (MBACP 01021495), drawing on a range of frameworks to find the approach that best fits each individual client.
