I specialise in working with people with trauma of any kind, from childhood trauma and complex relational trauma to trauma that results from a single event, including birth, accidents or violence. 

I use Integral Eye Movement Therapy as a rapid and effective way to process memories and overwhelming emotions. In contrast to talking therapies, we rarely discuss any of the content of your experiences, which means you don’t need to re-trigger yourself by going into lots of detail. Having also trained in somatic (body-based) approaches since 2018 (Authentic Movement), I work in a very holistic way to include mind, body and sprit. 

Healing trauma means you can reduce the chronic thinking patterns that can develop after trauma:
