Hello, I’m Trevor, and I’m a Certified Rolfer® dedicated to helping people find greater ease, comfort, and freedom in their bodies.

My journey into Rolfing began with a deep fascination for the human form and its incredible capacity for healing and adaptation. After years of exploring various modalities, I discovered Rolfing Structural Integration and was profoundly impressed by its unique, holistic approach to long-lasting change. This led me to pursue rigorous training and become a Certified Rolfer, a path that has allowed me to witness remarkable transformations in my clients.

At its heart, Rolfing is a powerful system of hands-on manipulation and movement education that works to realign and re-educate your body’s fascia, the intricate web of connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. Think of your fascia as a body-wide suit that can become stiff, compressed, or twisted over time due to injuries, habitual movements, emotional stress, or even just gravity. When this happens, it can lead to chronic pain, restricted movement, poor posture, and a general feeling of being “stuck” or out of balance.

My approach to Rolfing is highly personalised, focusing on understanding your unique history, challenges, and goals. When you come for a session, we’ll start with a conversation about what you’re experiencing and what you hope to achieve. I’ll then observe your posture and movement patterns, which helps me identify areas of tension and imbalance. The hands-on work involves slow, deep, and specific pressure to release and lengthen fascial restrictions, allowing your body to find a more efficient and comfortable alignment.

Rolfing isn’t just about the physical manipulation; it’s also about education and awareness. I’ll guide you to understand your body better, helping you develop new, more supportive movement habits that can sustain the changes we create together. Many of my clients seek Rolfing for chronic back and neck pain, shoulder issues, sciatica, and repetitive strain injuries. Others come to enhance their athletic performance, improve their posture, or simply to feel more comfortable and at home in their bodies. Rolfing is particularly beneficial for those who feel a pervasive sense of stiffness or discomfort that hasn’t fully responded to other therapies. It can also be incredibly helpful for reducing stress and increasing overall body awareness, which has a ripple effect on mental and emotional well-being. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing the profound shifts my clients experience. It’s not just about alleviating symptoms; it’s about helping people regain a sense of fluidity, reduce effort in movement, and discover newfound vitality.

I believe that everyone deserves to live in a body that feels strong, balanced, and free from unnecessary pain. If you’re curious about how Rolfing can support you in achieving greater comfort and vitality, I invite you to get in touch. I offer initial consultations where we can discuss your needs and explore whether Rolfing is the right path for you.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards a more balanced and pain-free life.
