My pronouns are she/her

I was drawn to the world of well-being early on in life and my interest in all things natural has grown and developed over the years thanks to the wonderful teachers I have been so fortunate to meet. While living in Japan I discovered meditation and Traditional Chinese Medicine which have greatly influenced the path I have chosen and the therapy I practice today.

My interests lie in learning how to deal with what life asks of us by seeing unwanted things as gifts we can use for transformation and growth. Through practising Craniosacral Therapy, I encounter peace and the genius of our own body’s intelligence to rebalance, flow and heal through being heard.

By sharing my life experience and gifts with others, I aim to assist and support, in surmounting whatever obstacles are preventing them from living peacefully.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on session for the whole person – physically, emotionally and spiritually. Sessions take place with the client resting in a supine position, fully clothed, on a massage table. The biodynamic practitioner employs a light touch informed and centred by a deep perceptual stillness.
