Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s important to find someone you truly feel comfortable with.

I provide a confidential, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without an agenda. I’m an experienced integrative trauma-informed counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), offering therapy in Reading and Henley-on-Thames.

I work with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Low self-esteem
  • Trauma
  • Grief
  • Life transitions
  • Burnout

I have a particular interest in supporting women through the mental health challenges of perimenopause and menopause. A Safe Space for Your Journey. Perhaps you’re here following a significant life event, such as a relationship ending, a career shift, retirement, or loss or maybe you’re navigating everyday struggles. Sometimes the reason isn’t immediately apparent. You might be grappling with diminished self-worth, feeling disconnected, experiencing persistent worry or low mood, or simply sensing that something feels off.

My integrative approach means I draw from different therapeutic models to tailor our work to your unique needs and circumstances. We’ll work collaboratively at a pace that feels right. Through our sessions, you can better understand yourself and discover new ways of being, that feel authentic. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or searching for greater meaning, therapy can help you develop a stronger sense of self, build healthier relationships, and feel better equipped to face life’s challenges.

My Background – I trained at The Minster Centre in London, completing a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Level 7) after five years of intensive study. This comprehensive training enables me to work in depth with complex emotional experiences, particularly in longer-term therapeutic relationships.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent years in multinational organisations delivering organisational change, leadership development, and talent management across management, consulting, banking, and telecommunications. This corporate experience gives me valuable insight into workplace pressures, burnout, career transitions, and identity challenges. Having lived and worked in Australia, India, Singapore, the United States, and the UK, I bring a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. This global background helps me understand the complexities of navigating multiple cultural identities and the challenges of displacement and belonging.

For the past four years, I’ve worked in charitable mental health services, supporting clients through diverse and complex difficulties. This combination of professional and lived experience informs my compassionate, integrative approach.

Getting Started – I offer a free 15-minute Zoom introduction if you’d like to know if we are a good fit. To make beginning therapy more accessible, I offer your first session at a reduced rate of £30. This allows you to experience how we work together without the pressure of a full financial commitment, a meaningful first step toward the change you’re seeking.

Practical Information – Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place weekly at a consistent time in Reading and Henley-on-Thames. Availability: Monday-Wednesday 12 pm-8 pm, Thursday-Friday 10 am-6 pm. Therapy is an investment in yourself and your well-being.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
