Victoria Balfour (T)

As a psychotherapist-in-training, I offer affordable therapy in Bristol.

Whether you have experienced trauma at some point in your life, have lost a loved one, are struggling with a close relationship or just don’t feel right, psychotherapy can help to find a way forward.

My aim is to offer a safe, confidential and empathic space where we can explore difficult thoughts and feelings compassionately together, and where you can feel understood and accepted.

I feel that every client who comes to therapy has their own unique story and I am therefore guided by each person’s individual needs, drawing on a variety of different therapeutic models. This might include exploring past experiences, looking at how they impact current relationships and your sense of self.

I am in my sixth year of training for an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at BCPC and I am a UKCP member. I have also worked as a therapist at The Harbour in Bristol for two years, offering therapy to people affected by death, dying and illness.
