My name is Weiman, a third year Gestalt trainee therapist with the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute and member of UKCP.
I offer embodied relational Gestalt Therapy. My aim is to provide a warm and safe space for you, supporting your journey to heal and transform from suffering at your own pace.
I believe that healing and change not only occurs by looking inwards, but more by what happens within relationships.
In our therapy sessions, I will support you to explore what is happening in you at the present moment. I invite you to reconnect your body and mind, not only through talking but also through breathing, movement, art and other creative ways. This is a safe place just for you to bring whatever you want no matter how difficult. Through our therapeutic relationship, we can explore who you are and your connections with others.
I work with issues relating to relationships, depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, addiction, racial heritage, gender and sexual identity. I am passionate about equality and diversity and have experience working cross-culturally. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice. I look forward to meeting the difference that makes you who you are.

· I offer a free, 20-minute initial online consultation. This is an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have and for us to see how it might be to work together.
· My trainee rate is £40 per 50-minute session.
· Therapy is weekly at the same time, face-to-face or online.
· I can support you on a short- or long-term basis.
Online and/or telephone appointments are available.
