I am an Integrative counsellor for children, adolescents, adults offering personalised approach – shaping my work around your unique experience, pace, and needs.

My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, and I offer a safe space where you don’t have to fit in, and where your unique experience is truly understood and valued. I specialise in helping with anxiety, anger, everyday stress, emotional dysregulation, emotional burnout, loneliness, loss of meaning, a sense of emptiness. I also support those navigating immigration and adapting to a new culture – including the pressure, uncertainty, and sense of not fully belonging.

Using a blend of talking therapy and creative approaches such drawing, clay, sand, and puppetry. Creativity can be especially helpful if you find it difficult to talk about your emotions directly – it can gently open things up, support expression , and build resilience to overcome life challenges in creative way. Through creative work and meaningful conversation, we work towards more clarity, emotional stability, a stronger sense of who you are, and a calmer, more manageable and fullfilled everyday life.

I am multilingual, offering sessions in both English and Russian. Finding the right therapist matter.
