Zoe Egerton RCST
We all need to be heard, to be witnessed, then to be supported in a calm, quiet way for healing to occur at its own pace.
This is the same for both the babies and adults who come through my door seeking gentle resolution.
As a Craniosacral practitioner, I work at a somatic level to release physical, mental or emotional symptoms, ones that are calls for acknowledgement and recognition. Whether it be colic or excessive crying in a newborn (and no, they do not ‘grow out of it’ by themselves), migraine, backache, anxiety or grief in an adult, these can all be indicators of trauma that are held in both the mind and body.
Craniosacral Therapy, with its roots that reach back deeply in time, is one of the best ways to access and resolve these memories and experiences.
I, myself, came to Craniosacral after both I and my children experienced this for ourselves, my children after their challenging birth, whilst I was finally able to release and transform the long held trauma and freeze state I had endured, a resolution no other modality had managed to achieve.
Working together in a quiet, compassionate and non-judgemental space, we’ll pay attention to the sensations and symptoms you and/or your baby are experiencing, reconnecting with your inner knowing – the wisdom of the body to heal itself. There is no agenda on my part, simply the ability to listen deeply and support.
This is deep, beautiful work, one which requires trust and openness and it’s important that you feel you can work with me. I invite you to book a free 15 minute introductory call so we can start a conversation, during which you can get a sense of whether I’m the right practitioner for you.
If you feel inspired and supported by our conversation, we can arrange a session at a time that is convenient to you. For adults, I generally recommend a series of 8 weekly sessions, whilst for babies there is more variability. Overall, we would work for as long as is needed.
I very much look forward to hearing from you, and hopefully walking with you on this beautiful journey forward.
(I see clients on Tuesday and Wednesday in Brighton, Thursday in London and online on Friday)
