How to Book Our Therapy Rooms
Joining The Practice Rooms is easy with a simple sign up process, a variety of rental options, and no long-term fixed-term contracts; just one month’s notice is required.

Visit Us
Any therapist wanting to use our rooms will need to arrange a viewing, so we can explain how the centre is set up, get to know you and make sure that our rooms are the right fit for you, and support you in making the decision.

Become a Member
- Fill in our online membership form and choose the type of membership that best suits you.
- Practitioners must provide copies of their qualifications, insurance certificate, and membership with a professional body in order to join.
- Practitioners can supply text and an image for their own website profile page on our bespoke therapist register.
- Pay a one-off registration fee of £40 to join.

Log-In & Book
Receive log-in details to our online booking system along with access information to the centres and start booking rooms!
Our bespoke online booking system allows each therapist to view availability of rooms, to book online and manage changes and cancellations.
Membership Types
Register under one of these membership types: Prices vary depending on the location so please see the Locations pages for site specific rates. Membership at The Practice Rooms gives you access in any of our rooms across all locations under one membership fee.

Basic Membership
- Minimal commitment and maximum flexibility
- Starting from just £48.50 per month
- Includes four hours room rental per month
- Use your hours any day, any time, any room, and any centre
- Additional pay as you go hours billed at the end of the month

Slot Membership
- For those wanting peace of mind and regularity with weekly block bookings
- Reduced hourly rate to reflect the increased commitment
- Hourly rate reduces with more weekly slot hours
- Additional pay as you go hours billed at the end of the month

Trainee Membership
- Preferential rates for trainees who are members of bona fide training organisations
- Half price membership fees for 4 and 8 hours per month, starting from £24.25pm
- Additional pay as you go hours billed at the end of the month
- Trainees must provide a supervision letter confirming they are in training and under regular supervision
- Subject to availability
Rental Bundles
In addition to our memberships, we have rental bundles which can be used alongside our normal membership:
- Prepay for additional adhoc hours to receive them at a reduced rate
- Bundles from 30 to 500 hours
- Flexible to use as and when you need them in a maximum six-month period
Mindfulness Code
We believe that the therapeutic workplace is a sacred space that needs to be safeguarded by all practitioners working within a disciplined practice. We have drawn up a simple mindfulness code that seeks to articulate a basic framework that all practitioners agree to abide by.
With no receptionist, the rooms depend on practitioners taking a responsibility for their workplace themselves. We believe that this is part of the development of a community that exists on mutual trust and shared responsibility. It also requires therapists to respect the space and ensure that it is left at least in the state they found it… if not better!
