As therapists ourselves, we created rental options that offer the simplest, most flexible options for you, so that booking in space is straightforward, leaving you free to focus on clients.

Basic Membership
Minimal commitment, maximum flexibility
- Starts from £48.50 per month
- Includes four hours room rental per month
- Use your hours any day, any time, any room, and any centre
- Additional pay as you go hours billed at the end of the month

Slot Membership
Peace of mind & regularity of weekly block bookings
- Allows you book a regular weekly slot of hours at a reduced rate
- Additional pay as you go hours billed at the end of the month
- Hourly rate reduces with more weekly slot hours

Trainee Membership
Half-price membership fees, from £24.25 per month
- Choose from four and eight hours per month
- Additional pay as you go hours billed at the end of the month
- Trainees must provide a supervision letter confirming they are in training and under regular supervision, and be a members of bona fide training organisation
Rental Bundles
In addition to our memberships, we have rental bundles which can be used alongside our normal membership:
- Prepay for additional adhoc hours to receive them at a reduced rate
- Bundles from 30 to 500 hours
- Flexible to use as and when you need them in a maximum six-month period
HOW TO BOOK
Joining The Practice Rooms is easy, and usually takes just a few days. Visit us to tour the rooms and meet the practice manager; select your membership type, fill in our online form and pay the registration fee; then receive log-in details to start booking your rooms and seeing clients. All memberships benefit from a listing on our website – as part of our Find a Therapist function; as well as support from our social media platforms..

Visit Us
Any therapist wanting to use our rooms will need to arrange a viewing, so we can explain how the centre is set up, get to know you and make sure that our rooms are the right fit for you, and support you in making the decision.

Become a Member
- Fill in our online membership form and choose the type of membership that best suits you.
- Practitioners must provide copies of their qualifications, insurance certificate, and membership with a professional body in order to join.
- Practitioners can supply text and an image for their own website profile page on our bespoke therapist register.
- Pay a one-off registration fee of £40 to join.

Log-In & Book
Receive log-in details to our online booking system along with access information to the centres and start booking rooms!
Our bespoke online booking system allows each therapist to view availability of rooms, to book online and manage changes and cancellations.
