In the heart of Brighton, The Practice Rooms offers 10 beautiful and professional rooms across the first, second, and third floors. Much of the centre benefits from spacious rooms and large windows, although the 3 rooms on the top floor enjoy the cosy feel of slanted ceilings.
Several rooms have more than 2 chairs to support therapists working with couples and families, with additional chairs available to use in the rooms.
For bodyworkers, we have a hydraulic couch and a sink in one of the rooms along with 2 portable couches to use in other rooms. Couch roll is provided.
For those wanting to see both clients face to face but also continue with some online sessions in the centre, we have desks in many of the rooms and superfast wifi across the centre.
