The vision behind The Practice Rooms is the desire to put psychotherapists, counsellors, bodyworkers and holistic therapists where we believe we should be – in beautiful rooms in prime, visible locations in an environment that reflects the serious commitment we make hour after hour to the health and wellbeing of our clients.
We support new practitioners with low start-up costs and a roving, and an open booking system for flexibility to build a client base. We also give established practitioners an affordable and secure place to work.
We believe that we thrive best when working as a community, however we might choose to understand that. Getting to know and trust colleagues in an environment that nurtures mutually supportive relationships and offers clients the possibility of a multi-disciplinary approach to their issues has to be a positive force for all concerned.
The provision of beautiful rooms to help develop and support a thriving and diverse therapeutic initiative.
A quality of service, transparency and reflective practice to ensure all our stakeholders are beneficiaries of our Core Vision initiative.
Based on the principle that a win/win outcome to every engagement is the only long term sustainable modus operandi this is our direction of travel, our practice in action.
We believe that supporting aligned initiatives is part of the field and responsibility of any community oriented organisation.
If you have any thoughts and ideas about local aligned initiatives, particularly subsidised counselling, we would be happy to consider your suggestions. Please email email@example.com.

A rapidly growing new method for looking at personal and family problems, Family Constellations offer real possibilities for healing and transformation. A rapidly growing new method for looking at personal and family problems, Family Constellations offer real possibilities for healing and transformation. The process is unlike any other form of therapy, in that we are trying to bring to light the unconscious events, often in previous generations of our family, that may have contributed to the current difficulties. Hopefully they can then be laid to rest, so we can move forward with greater choice and freedom in how we lead our lives.
The Practice Rooms supports this organisation by funding to support bursary schemes within the training.

Free professional psychotherapy to highly traumatised refugees and asylum seekers.Find out more
Trauma Foundation South West provides free professional psychotherapy to highly traumatised refugees and asylum seekers. Many have lost, not only their loved ones, but also their country and culture. They were traumatised in their home countries, during very difficult journeys to the UK and in the asylum process once they are here. This is very expensive to provide, particularly as half our clients need interpreters for the work. We are very grateful indeed for the Practice Rooms for supporting our work so generously.
Planting trees and facilitating women in building sustainable and resilient communities on the frontline of climate change.Find out more
Consistent with our win/win philosophy we are delighted to partner with TreeSisters in supporting their work both in planting trees and facilitating women in building sustainable and resilient communities on the frontline of climate change.
Our intention as an organisation is to soften our tread at the same time as supporting ourselves and each other in "lighting candles" wherever and however such opportunities arise. For this reason, we pledge to donate the planting of 1 tree per member at The Practice Rooms every month. We also give our members the opportunity to donate on a monthly basis.

Get a Professional Therapist Website for your therapy practice at a fraction of the cost you would expect to pay elsewhere.Find out more
A website is one of the basic requirements for any therapist in private practice and The Practice Rooms recommends WebHealer as our preferred supplier. They offer very good value for money at a price point that is just right for most therapists and to make the package even more attractive, The Practice Rooms has negotiated special terms so you get an even better deal.
Therapists often come to WebHealer for their very first website, typically with little knowledge of what is involved. If you would describe yourself as a ‘technophobe’ we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by their approach. They promise to talk to you in plain English rather than technobabble and they take the time to explain things so they make sense.
Another big reason for WebHealer’s popularity with therapists is that they work very hard to keep costs down. You can be up and running, with a great looking uniquely designed website, including all your charges for hosting, Google optimisation and support for much less than you’d think. With their new DIFM (Do It For Me) design service, you can work one-on-one with a designer who will customise your choice of design to suit your information and preferences until you're 100% happy. Normally priced at £249 + VAT, mention the Practice Rooms and you'll get a £100 discount! Once your site is live, the ongoing support and service charges including email, a booking system, Google optimisation, and more are typically £15 + vat per month.
Therapists often switch to WebHealer because they want better performance from their website. Recent research showed that WebHealerclients occupy 5x more Google page 1 places than their nearest competitor. This research was independently verified by Private Practice Hub.
The Practice Rooms have negotiated preferential terms with WebHealerto make this option even more attractive. Speak to the Centre Manager for further information.
