We offer rooms for a wide variety of professional therapeutic disciplines with massage couches and couch roll being provided. Our intention is to make the experience of renting rooms as effortless and simple as possible with tried and tested systems provided by a team who are mostly professional therapists themselves.

There is no designated parking at The Practice Rooms in Leeds. Paid street parking is available on Park Square with a maximum stay of 5 hours. The cost of parking is online here - see Zone Park Square.
The nearest car parks are the pay and display car parks at Castle Street (£5 for 2 hours), Wellington Street (£4.50 for 2 hours), Westgate (£3.50 for 2 hours), or Aire Street (£3 for 2 hours). All these car parks are within 10 minutes walk of The Practice Rooms.

Tracey has managed The Practice Rooms in Sheffield since it opened in May 2019 and our Leeds centre since August 2021. She is also a Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Teacher.
