We offer rooms for a wide variety of professional therapeutic disciplines with massage couches and couch roll being provided. Our intention is to make the experience of renting rooms as effortless and simple as possible with tried and tested systems provided by a team who are mostly professional therapists themselves.

The nearest car parks are the pay and display car parks at Castle Street, Wellington Street , Westgate, or Aire Street. All these car parks are within 10 minutes walk of The Practice Rooms.

Sophie has managed The Practice Rooms in Leeds since May 2024. She is also a qualified Independent Sexual Violence Survivors' Advocate, runs Mindfulness sessions, and is training to be an accredited Breathwork Therapist.
