“Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards” (Soren Kierkegaard)

The amount of pressure we need to handle every day combined with repressed and unprocessed ‘stuff’ we had no time or willingness to deal with in the past, can easily lead to many mental, physical and sexual health issues.

This can result in: family issues, relationship difficulties, separation, affairs, depression, prolonged sadness, lack of motivation and energy, addiction, etc.

This can create a vicious cycle, where we see a doctor for physical issues without attending to the real causes of our suffering.

The therapeutic process can be beneficial and can help us to see our lives through a different lens and can be a practical investment in your personal health and well being.

I am a fully qualified and insured integrative therapist, psychosexual psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and group facilitator. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a registered member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

I offer fully confidential, non-judgemental, integrative therapy and psychosexual therapy for couples and individuals, supervision to trainees and qualified practitioners, mother-daughter process and group facilitation.

The main areas of therapy I work with are:

  • Psychosexual male & female issues (ED, vaginismus, anorgasmia, low desire, change in sexual needs, sexual identity, etc.)

  • Relationships issues (couples problems, affairs, communication problems, cultural/religious differences, separation, divorce, attachment, children/stepchildren problems, mother-daughter conflict, estrangement, etc.)

  • Depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, bereavement, loss, bullying, low self-esteem, existential crisis, loneliness
