Welcome to my practice. I am a trainee Solution Focus Hypnotherapist studying for the Government recognised Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (HPD) with The Clifton Hypnotherapy Practice in Plymouth. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AsFSH). Membership of these associations means I adhere to a strict code of ethics.
Prior to deciding to train as a Hypnotherapist, I had a long successful career in industry, living all over the world. I became interested in hypnotherapy after experiencing some of its many benefits for myself to overcome stress associated with my profession. Realising its potential to help other people with similar symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression is what led me to retrain in this area. Through one to one sessions and workshops, I look forward to helping you to overcome the concerns that may have been holding you back.
