Anne’s niche is her work with emotional issues which are often presented with the physical symptoms. By working with both it can help in your improvement to better health and wellbeing.
Aromatherapy is a treatment to help both the physical and the emotional.
Essential oils which have therapeutic properties are used and are blended at the time of your treatment to specifically meet your needs.
Aromatherapy works by both inhaling the fragrance of the essential oils and the massaging of the blended essential oils and base oils on the skin. This is both beneficial for your mood as well as the physical conditions presented, helping you feel better in yourself and more relaxed.
Other benefits of Aromatherapy with massage include improving the skin tone, more relaxed muscles, improved circulation, helping with pain relief and generally feeling more uplifted and positive.
Therapeutic & Sports Massage
Massage is the use of various techniques in a systematic manipulation of the soft body tissues to release tension and relax the muscles of the body. A base oil for example grapeseed oil is used to assist. Massage also helps with improving the circulation, lymph drainage and the release of toxins from the body.

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health for their clients.
Reflexology is a very individual treatment which is tailored to you as a whole person taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your wellbeing.
The theory is that Reflexology helps the body to restore it’s balance naturally. Usually after a treatment your tension may be reduced and you might feel relaxed. You might also notice yourself sleeping better and find your mood and sense of wellbeing improving. You might find that other aspects improve too.

Reiki is Japanese for “Universal life energy” and is used to describe a system of natural healing.
When the energy flows uninterrupted there is a balance of harmony within and around us and we experience a sense of wellbeing.
A Reiki treatment is a simple, natural healing treatment carried out fully clothed with the recipient lying on a therapy couch or seated. The practitioner gently places their hands in series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. The whole body is treated. Clients may or may not feel sensations during a Reiki treatment.
The benefits of Reiki can range from feeling deep relaxation to a peaceful sense of wellbeing on all levels. Reiki can be comforting when life is tough, when we feel overwhelmed or isolated. A Reiki treatment can also be a support and help for those with long standing conditions helping to bring acceptance and a more positive outlook.

Thermo Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles)
Hopi ear candles have been used for centuries by the Hopi Indians. The Hopi ear candles have a soothing and relaxing, purely physical effect and have successfully been used by therapists for decades. Handmade in a loving manner, only the best regularly tested natural ingredients are used. The traditional ear candles are made from cotton, bees wax, honey extract, and Indian herbs such as sage, St. John’s wort and chamomile.
The client lies on a couch on their side, the therapist gently places the candle in one ear and holds while the candle is lit at the top allowing the process to take place. This is then repeated on the other ear.
Reiki may be given during the treatment and after the candling has been completed a facial massage is given.
This is a very soothing and relaxing treatment.
