In practice, this means I use a variety of techniques and methods, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I adapt my style to what works best for you, drawing from different therapeutic tools as needed. For instance, we might explore how past experiences influence your present feelings; examine how you relate to yourself and others; or look at practical steps to manage current challenges. The aim is to create a tailored approach that fits your unique situation and supports you to work towards your personal goals. I firmly believe that you possess the inner strength and resources needed to put into place the changes that you would like to see in your life; our work together aims to support you in accessing these.
