I am passionate about supporting people to achieve a healthy mind and a healthy body with the help of homeopathy.  I work empathically and intuitively to understand the underlying causes of ill health, offering a highly individualised approach to each person I work with.

Through detailed and thorough case taking, I will explore with you your health history, lifestyle, temperament, interests, likes and dislikes, fears, traumas, and any other factors that may be influencing your symptoms.

The body and mind have an innate intelligence to heal themselves, and we see this all around us.  For example, when a child falls and grazes their knee, in no time at all, the cells in the body have gone to work and produced a protective scab over the injury.  Similarly, if we experience an emotional setback, our survival instinct is activated and through resilience and determination, we are usually able to overcome it.

But from time to time, this ability to self-heal is compromised, often because of trauma, stress, suppression, inherited susceptibility, pollution and toxins, causing us to feel unwell.  Homeopathic remedies are based on who you are as a whole person, not just your current symptoms, so the more details you can provide, the more accurate and effective your homeopathic remedies will be.

I work with people of all ages, with a wide range of physical, emotional and mental health symptoms. I provide a safe, calm and supportive space to discuss your symptoms, in order to establish either a short or long-term treatment plan, whichever is most appropriate.

Homeopathic remedies are included in the cost of the consultation.
