My tailor-made mindfulness coaching programme will give you greater clarity, improve your wellbeing, bring you in to balance and help you find the inner peace you long for. Mindfulness coaching will teach you the skills to not only reduce your negative thought patterns now, but also to prevent and manage them in the future. Depending on your needs and goals I will use a combination of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to break unhelpful thought and behaviour habits and find a better way to manage emotions and relate to yourself.
I teach mindfulness in group and 1:1 settings to help you live life with kindness, compassion and curiosity. I guide you through the process of establishing a meditation practice, and learning how to live life moment to moment. My lived experience of mental-health recovery means I have an empathic and compassionate approach. I teach mindfulness for everyone and also specialise in Mindfulness for Emotional Eating after learning first-hand the power of mindfulness in overcoming food and body image issues. I have tonnes of empathy for anyone struggling with these and many techniques to share with you.
