I am an experienced BACP-Accredited and registered counsellor/psychotherapist working with adults and young people aged 11 and above in central Norwich. I offer a safe and non-judgemental confidential space in which you are able to work through whatever is concerning you. In day-to-day life it can be rare to have the experience of really being listened to. With the right therapist, counselling can provide this in a way that is transformative. The quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the major factors in successful therapy and I take a warm, supportive, sensitive and empathic approach that puts you at the heart of my work.
In our first session, we will explore what you are looking for from therapy and how we can best work towards this together. It’s really important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose to work with. After your first session, I would encourage you to take some time to think about whether I am the right therapist for you.
I am able to offer shorter or longer-term work depending on your needs. People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons, and whatever you wish to talk about I will work with you to support you in finding the right way forward for you.
