I bring my lived experience as a late-diagnosed Autistic ADHDer to my professional expertise in the field of neurodiversity. I understand the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent people and their families because I've been there myself. My coaching provides a space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported as you explore what's most important to you. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, discovering your strengths, or seeking clarity on your next steps, I'm here to guide a process that helps you uncover your own answers.
Common topics in neurodiversity coaching sessions:
I don't believe that being neurodivergent is a problem, deficit or something to be fixed. Instead, my coaching focuses on embracing difference to inspire capability. I can provide you with individualised coaching to enable you to understand your needs, harness your strengths and achieve your goals. My approach will meet you exactly where you are. I trust that you know yourself better than anyone and that with my support you can develop deeper self-awareness, understanding and find your own solutions on your own terms. Asa Neurodiversity Coach, I'm passionate about enabling you to access your full potential. My approach to coaching is that people make progress when they feel safe and are given the time and space to explore what they really want. Rather than telling you what to do, teaching you how to do it or making suggestions, I will facilitate a process that allows you to uncover your own insights and tap into your own, intuitive inner resources. Coaching will enable you to gain a clearer understanding of your desires and the steps needed to achieve them.
