CBT in Salisbury
In life, we all have times where talking, learning new strategies and changing your perspective about a problem can enable you to move forward. Working collaboratively with you, I aim to help you achieve this, and have a better quality of life.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based therapy which is NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) approved for a variety of emotional and mental health issues.
If you are anxious, depressed, stressed, worried, suffering from OCD, a phobia you feel has got out of control or PTSD symptoms, CBT may be able to help you regain control and feel optimistic about your future again.
I have practiced as an accredited CBT Therapist with the BABCP since 2007, and have over 20 years of Mental Health experience, working in a variety of settings and countries. I understand that contacting a therapist can feel daunting, but feel assured that this is a first important step to deal with life’s slings and arrows. If you would like to discuss how CBT may be able to help with your current difficulties please feel free to contact me.
