People come to Counselling and Psychotherapy for many reasons, at various stages of their lives. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever is troubling you. Gaining a better understanding of how you feel can help you begin to move forward in more positive, healthy ways.
I am a BACP registered Counsellor offering both short-term and open-ended Counselling, with daytime and evening appointments available.
My training is Integrative, drawing on several approaches to Counselling and Psychotherapy. This helps me adapt our work to meet your specific needs.
I am a trained Bereavement Counsellor, experienced in supporting people who are grieving following the loss of a loved one, or indeed dealing with loss of any kind. I also have a particular interest in the overlap between physical and psychological health, including supporting people through the process of obtaining and dealing with medical diagnoses.
I work with individuals 18 and over.
Please contact me if you would like to discuss working together, or have any questions.
