Struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, or past trauma can feel overwhelming and isolating. As an integrative therapist and counsellor, I work with individuals and couples to provide psychotherapeutic counselling and hypnotherapy in a warm, accepting environment. I provide support for a range of challenges, including relationship issues, sexual issues, low self-confidence, anxiety, and sleep problems. I help clients process developmental trauma, including childhood abuse and neglect.

My Approach

As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to your unique needs and goals, creating a nurturing environment where you feel supported throughout the process. I draw primarily from psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and hypno-psychotherapeutic approaches to provide the most effective treatment for your specific situation.

Starting therapy can bring up mixed emotions. You might feel uncertain about opening up or be unsure how to create real change. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings as we work together. My clients often experience improved sleep quality, stronger and more fulfilling relationships, reduced anxiety symptoms, greater self-confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
