As an integrative psychotherapist, I offer a nurturing space where compassion reigns supreme, inviting you to delve into and reconnect with your inner self amidst struggles with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or trauma. Some of my current focus includes supporting siblings of individuals with neurodivergence and helping men redefine positive masculinity, approaching each session with empathy and understanding.

Holding a master's from Roehampton University and a diploma from The Minster Centre, I am committed to embracing a diverse range of ideas and perspectives, drawing inspiration from philosophy, spirituality, self-help, and the power of inner creativity.
