I offer integrative therapeutic counselling that focusses on our relationship, in order to facilitate change. I can also draw upon cognitive behavioural therapeutic (CBT) techniques which will help you to become your own therapist, by learning how to recognise and change your own automatic thoughts and behaviours.
I am qualified in integrative therapeutic counselling and CBT. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP). I have experience of short and long-term counselling across a wide range of issues, ages and backgrounds. Aside from my private practice, I am a counsellor for the West London Centre for Counselling. This is an NHS funded IAPT high intensity counselling service.
