I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy - that is based on the principle that emotions and feelings mean something and we explore what that may be, to find a healthier way of experiencing ourselves within our life. We look at themes, and link feelings (especially ones we might think are unacceptable) to past experiences and how we might avoid certain feelings. We work through this reflecting on what may be happier/healthier ways of meeting our needs. I have worked throughout Europe and Asia and have a lot of experience with working with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds and experiences.
