I offer Counselling, mindfulness and meditation led sessions, or a mixture of one or more
When you are experiencing thoughts and feelings that you are not able to process alone, counselling can be a way of making sense of them and helping you to move forward with your life.
I have a genuine and warm character and real desire to help you. Whatever your issue, a long term problem, an immediate crisis or if you are just feeling stuck. I offer you a calm space where you have the opportunity to explore what has prompted you to seek counselling.

I have worked with young people in an educational setting for over 10 years and have volunteered with a charity that offered counselling to young people age between 14 - 25. I have volunteered with a cancer charity supporting both those with a diagnosis of cancer and their families.
