Hello, I'm Karina, a qualified Nutritional Therapist + Wellness Coach, both by the prestigious CNM - College of Naturopathic Medicine. I find it absolutely amazing how food can be our best ally in our quest for health but also how the wrong foods can wreak havoc in our bodies and make us ill. I remember absolutely loving food and knowing the power of nutritious and balanced meals since I was a little girl. I grew up in Mexico and remember my grandma's garden which was full of delicious apple, fig, orange and lemon trees, lots of carrots, chayotes, broccoli and spinach as well as medicinal herbs which you could go and pick fresh and create amazingly refreshing and tasty infusions and teas.
