If you are reading this I imagine you are struggling in your life in some way. There may be something you are trying to overcome or come to terms with. You might feel a sense of being stuck and unable to move on. Perhaps things simply don’t feel right, but you can’t put your finger on why.

Psychotherapy can provide a supportive space in which you can share whatever you are dealing with, helping you gain clarity concerning the difficulties you face. It can help you have a clearer understanding of yourself and enable you to make different choices. Many people find their sessions invaluable in helping them find a way forward.

I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and trained for 5 years at Regent’s University, London. I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy. I have worked with adults of all ages and cultural backgrounds, on wide-ranging issue, including anxiety, bereavement, depression and low self-esteem. I have worked both privately and in many universities, in London and Bath.

I am an integrative-existential psychotherapist and work primarily from an existential perspective. This approach does not try to squeeze your experience into some preconceived structure or category, but endeavours to understand how things are for you and how you relate to your world. I find this way of working very open, positive and forward-looking. I sometimes incorporate other practices and approaches such as mindfulness and CBT when I feel this might be helpful for my client.

My aim is to offer you a confidential and non-judgemental place where you are listened to.

Together we will talk and think about whatever is going on for you, allowing you to make your own decisions and choices.

I offer individuals and couples face to face and online psychotherapy, both long and short-term, in Bath BA2 and London W1.

Sessions are £70 for individual psychotherapy and £85 for couples counselling.

I am happy to answer any questions and discuss working together, free of charge in an initial meeting online. Please get in touch.
