Quite often, we are so busy with life and looking after others, that we forget to check-in with ourselves. It's quite common for people to not really know what they need for themselves when I ask them, but they do know they are struggling. Our work together will be about you and what you are needing to feel less overwhelmed.
I am a qualified and registered integrative counsellor, with a particular focus on trauma healing. This means my practice is tailored to meet your unique experiences and individual needs. I approach therapy in a more personalised way rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. It's important we can work together at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you. Most importantly, you need to feel comfortable with your therapist. This doesn't mean that therapy is always comfortable, but that you feel I am the right fit for you at this time. I can also offer online work using zoom/phone.
