Systematic Kinesiologist Dip ASK; Usui Reiki Master; Nutritional Therapist
I became a practitioner of Systematic Kinesiology in 2004 and gained my diploma in 2006.
I have a passion for supporting one’s health through nature’s medicine. I aim to bring my knowledge of healing through food and herbs into my treatments.
Over the years I have experienced how energy work can be a powerful shifter and is a hugely important part of our wellbeing. Therefore in 2022, I became a Reiki Master to enhance the tools I was already using through Kinesiology. Releasing emotional stress and trauma is key to healing and is an integral part of Kinesiology.
My aim is to bring the body, mind and soul back into alignment, finding what you personally need to be in a balanced state, ultimately helping you come back to your true self. I use Kinesiology as my main method and integrate Reiki into the treatment to make it more powerful as well as deeply healing.
About Kinesiology
Kinesiology involves testing how muscles respond to gentle pressure to find where there are imbalances and blocks in the body. This test helps identify what you need to bring you back to balance. It is a fully wholistic therapy working on the body as a chemical, emotional, energetic and physical being:
We work as a team, finding the core of what you need to be well again and empowering you to bring balance back into your life. A session may feel like a journey.
What to expect:
An initial consultation lasts 1 ½ hours and involves a conversation about your needs and health history. I then carry out a full body balance to get an overall picture of your body systems.
A follow-up session lasts an hour, where we build on the previous session and delve deeper. You will be given recommendations for diet, supplements, affirmations or lifestyle changes.
I recommend two consecutive weekly follow-up sessions after the initial consultation for best results after which the sessions will be spaced out incrementally. However, everyone is different and this might not be appropriate or feasible. Just one session can still be transformational, so it is flexible.
Even though in-person is best, I do online sessions.
