I am a Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Therapist and mental health nurse with around 10 years' experience in mental healthcare, both in the NHS within child and adolescent mental health services and the voluntary sector.
I am experienced in working with people who are suffering with anxiety, low mood, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, anger difficulties, body image difficulties, chronic pain, stress and sleep difficulties. I also have experience delivering parent-led CBT for parents of children suffering from mental health difficulties.
The people I provide therapy to describe me as kind, caring and empathetic and I enjoy working alongside people to provide them with the skills they need to overcome any difficulties they are experiencing.
I am registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
