I draw from many theories and ways of working but my core intention is to help build transformative relationships from which you can grow, heal and experience lasting change.

~ creative tools, e.g. drawing - as ways to discover new insights and increase self-awareness

I have particular experience in: anxiety, bereavement, breakdowns / breakthroughs, identity issues, LGBTQ+ clients, creativity, low self-esteem, stress, relationship problems, personal development, clients with Asperger syndrome, on the autistic spectrum or with learning difficulties.
