You may be considering therapy because you are feeling unhappy, anxious or perhaps stressed or angry without understanding why. We appreciate it takes courage to reach out and ask for help and at the same time not knowing what to expect in counselling.
Our approach is based on empathetic listening to enable you to express yourself without judgement in a safe and supportive environment. We will help you access your personal strengths and resources so you can better manage life’s difficulties. As you begin to feel more comfortable in the therapeutic setting we shall encourage you to explore your goals, how you might move towards them or consider what is preventing you from doing so.
Lifespace Therapy offer both long and short term, face to face and remote (Zoom) counselling to individuals over 16 years old with sessions available daytime or evening. Each session lasts for 50 mins and will take place weekly in the same room at The Practice Rooms or our other West London location.
