I am a psychotherapist in training working towards a Masters in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at BCPC (The Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling). Still being in training means that I provide several low-cost spaces within my practice.
I offer a compassionate and confidential space where you are free to bring yourself fully, to be listened to empathetically and deeply so that we can work towards the easing of overwhelming emotions and make way for new perspectives.
Through our therapeutic relationship I can support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and I will sit alongside you as you reach a deeper understanding of self.
I volunteer with the charity MIND and have worked in their counselling service for over a year where I see a wide range of adult clients and I have experience in working with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, identity and low self-esteem.
I hold a UKCP and BACP approved Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from (BCPC).
I am a student member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
