I am a fully qualified reflexologist and holistic therapist, registered with the Association of Reflexologists UK. I offer bespoke foot, facial and hand reflexology sessions, along with Indian head massage and combined treatments of these therapies. 

Passionate about the body-mind link, the holistic approach to health and wellbeing, and the therapeutic touch, I welcome you in a calm and safe space where you can relax and share your life experiences in total confidentiality. 

My particular interests lie in stress/anxiety, chronic pain, women's health and empowering each client holistically on their unique healing and wellbeing path.
