My name is Marston York and I am a Reiki practitioner based in Norwich, Norfolk in the UK. I have a regular Usui Reiki practice at The Practice Rooms in Norwich’s Lower Goat Lane. The rooms are beautifully appointed providing space for seated consultation and treatment as well as a couch for full relaxation.

I have always been interested in the power of energy healing. After experiencing Tera Mai Seichem and receiving attunements to Level 2 many years ago, I started training as a Reiki practitioner with Michael Kaufmann in London in 2018 and completed my training as a Master/Teacher at the end of 2020 – the Covid pandemic created some interesting challenges to both study and practice! I offer traditional Usui Reiki and I am a member of the Reiki Association, Membership No 10241.

Reiki is a wonderful form of energy healing providing both a hands-off and hands-on form of therapeutic energy healing. Reiki has been hugely beneficial in my own personal practice and healing, and is known to promote calm and relaxation, enabling the body to heal physically, emotionally and mentally. Reiki has also been used to help with pain management.

A growing number of medical institutions, from clinics to hospitals, now offer Reiki as part of an ongoing treatment plan, as Reiki therapy can be enormously useful in promoting well-being and encouraging self-healing as part of a therapeutic practice.

Although everyone’s experience of Reiki is different, it is not unusual during a treatment session to feel tingling, heat and even pulsing below the practitioner’s hands, whether on or away from the body (even on a remote/online session).

I offer one to one Reiki treatment sessions in the calm space of The Practice Rooms in Norwich’s Lanes area. Please do get in touch if you would like to receive Reiki but are unable to attend the therapy rooms in person. As the therapy rooms are not fully accessible, I can also offer remote/online sessions via phone or online, and I am able to travel around Norwich and the wider Norfolk area to provide Reiki treatment at a venue that may better suit your needs.
