I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I can tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs. This might be talking, creative activities, or a combination of approaches, ensuring we find the best way to support you on your therapeutic journey.
I believe in the power of partnership in therapy. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back, and I'll be with you every step of the way as we work towards your goals. This often includes trying to make sense of confusing or difficult thoughts or feelings which can feel overwhelming at times.
I can help by giving you space to work through what's on your mind - If you're happy to talk it through then great, or if you'd prefer to use creative methods such as small world figures, art, metaphors, or whatever else might come to mind then we can use that too!
I have worked in schools, with No5 (a local mental health charity) and in private practice, as well as being a Mental Health Coach for Citizens Advice. I also have experience with adults and young people with a range of additional needs and disabilities.
I offer sessions for young people (Year 7+) and adults, and will soon be offering supervision.
I work online or face to face, and sessions are £60 (50mins), with a limited number of concessionary spaces for trainees (£40 per session).
Areas you may wish to explore include: Abuse, Addictions, Eating Disorders, Anger Management, Anxiety, Bereavement and loss, Family dynamics, Relationships, Self-esteem, Stress, Work/life balance, Body image, Depression, Panic attacks, Self-harm, Suicidal ideas
