I offer integrative therapeutic counselling, somatic trauma therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and other therapeutic approaches to individuals who have a specific issue or just feel the need to talk through their emotions and experiences.
Whatever might be troubling you, I offer a safe and confidential place where you can talk freely and explore whatever is on your mind; I am not here to judge you. You'll feel listened to, for your story to be heard and in your own words - giving you the space to just be you.
Approach
I use a gentle and compassionate style as we journey together to find what can best support you, including helping you make more sense of things and exploring resources that can aid you with better managing your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I draw on a range of therapy models to better support your unique and individual needs. Supporting a range of issues I work with people who are facing a variety of difficulties, such as stress and anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement and loss, illness, relationship issues, abuse, trauma, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, and more.
