The pace and style of our work will depend on you and your current need. For some people, talk therapy yields insight. For others, visualisation, movement, and felt sense may help to go further. I provide a safe and confidential space, and genuine interest in you and the difficulty that you currently face - as an individual or a couple.
My work and personal interest encompass social / collective sphere and the way it impacts us as individuals. My practice is informed by the psycho-social dynamics that exist around us and I have a strong interest in group facilitation and working with teams.
