Has something led you to question your connection with yourself, other people or the world?
Do you sometimes feel so overwhelmed by the demands of life or that you aren't able to prioritise what is important to you?
Would you like to feel more confident navigating the sex and relationships you want?
I am a clinical psychologist, experienced and accredited to support people to overcome a range of difficulties through psychological therapy. I have over a decade's experience working in the NHS and, in my current role, co-lead in a busy HIV and Sexual Health Psychology service in London.
I specialise in supporting people to enhance their sexual wellbeing and communication, and to find ways that are meaningful for them to connect with others.
Alongside my NHS role, I also have a small private practice in which I offer therapy to adult clients. One of my key priorities in offering you therapy would be for us to create a space together in which you feel able to have the conversations that are most meaningful for you.
I am trained in a number of psychological models and will draw on a range of evidence-based ideas and techniques to find a way of working that fits for you and your therapy goals. I will want to understand what you give value to; how you are connected, and would like to connect, with others; how you relate with the different aspects of yourself; and what has sustained you through adversity. I am interested in developing with you less-heard stories and possibilities that fit with how you would most like to see yourself.
