My name is Nicola and I offer face to face or online counselling. There are so many reasons why people might seek therapy: you may feel low or depressed, anxious, or stressed, or perhaps need help in making sense of your life. Human issues and experiences can touch and affect us in unique ways: loss, grief, relationships (past or present), life changes, loneliness or trauma, and therapy can provide a space to help you explore and make sense of these issues.
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and my aim is to provide warmth and compassion and a safe and non-judgmental space for you to speak openly and freely. I support clients to feel empowered to unravel the tangles and to find their way again. Being an integrative therapist, I have studied a range of therapeutic approaches.
As individuals, we are all unique and I believe passionately in working alongside the person rather than a one size fits all approach; being integrative means I can offer a range of approaches or techniques to suit your individual needs.
