Olivia Seddon

Welcome.

I have nearly ten years' experience supporting people with a range of experiences including bereavement, anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues and sexuality. I specialise in supporting people with grief and loss and the many different forms this can take, including baby loss, the end of a relationship, or a significant life change. I offer short or long term therapy, depending on your needs.

I also have an interest in working with parents of young children who are struggling to adapt to parenthood, and if this is you, then supporting you in finding a way to parent that feels right for you and your family. 

I welcome all enquiries and I enjoy working with differences, including differences in age, gender, race, sexual orientation or cultural or religious background.
