Oxfordshire Family Mediators: Kerry Williamson and Claire Hill
Kerry Williamson and Claire Hill are experienced independent family mediators with Oxfordshire Family Mediators and Compass-Resolution, website OFM. They are members of the College of Mediators as well as other organisations and accredited by the Family Mediation Council (FMCA).
Their aim is to help clients handle conflict following relationship breakdown in a constructive way. For most people family mediation gives the best chance of achieving workable agreements that take care of the needs of all, including children where they are involved.
Kerry and Claire are professional, familiar with the law and experienced in mediation involving children and finances. They are experienced in all kinds of family mediation, and have helped very many clients reach agreement on;

They also offer Child Inclusive Mediation, which is recognised as important for children adjusting to their parents’ separation.
Kerry recognises that good communication is often most difficult at the time it's most needed. Her focus is to help you to have the discussions you need, with the information you need, in a safe and respectful environment. This balance and structure maximises your chances of reaching an agreement.
She has a background in law (BA Oxon) and teaching (CertEd), offers Professional Practice Consultancy to mediators and training to other professionals.

Claire is committed to helping clients with relationship breakdown and its aftermath, including working out the best choices and the best way forward for themselves and for others. The aim is to improve things and help everyone move forward in a healthy way.
She has volunteered in the Family Court for a number of years with Support Through Court helping clients navigate their way through the Court Process. She has had a practical volunteering role with several other charities and worked in Executive Search and Insurance in her early career. She has a BSc in Zoology.
