Ozlem has been active in the field since of Psychology for 10 years with internships and other work experience. For 7 years of this period, she worked as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist in a private hospital in Turkey. While working with children, adolescents and adults, she also gave training, seminars and consultancy to various companies and organisations. In addition to this, she also took part in social responsibility projects. Towards the end of 2020, she left the hospital and established the Nisus Psychology consulting company in London.
