Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or ‘Tapping’ draws on the wisdom of Eastern acupressure and Western psychology to address and clear emotional or physical challenges in our lives. It is a mind/body technique that can help to liberate us from debilitating pain or anxiety, process grief or help us to develop healthy relationships with ourselves and our bodies. It is also a teachable technique that is safe to use as part of regular self care.
I am an advanced EFT practitioner and an artist. My style is creative and client-led, and I focus on supporting gentle but powerful breakthroughs.
I am available in Bristol, Bath and online. Standard 1-hour sessions are £55, I am also happy to discuss different structures to suit individual needs, preferences or schedules.
