I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner. I have been practising for 12 years including 9 years at The Priory Hospital working with adults, children and young people experiencing: depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes and relationship issues. I am currently the Therapy Service Manager at RISE a charity working with people impacted by domestic abuse.
I work creatively and relationally and aim to create a safe environment for self-exploration and change. I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor and Reflective Practitioner and tutor in the Wellbeing Faculty at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education. I have a background in theatre as an actor and theatre director and was a senior lecturer at Rose Bruford College.
