I am a trained Integrated Psychotherapist and provide both longer term psychotherapy to explore and work with deeper issues as well as experienced in short-term counselling and solution focused counselling. My approach includes evidence-based and alternative therapies, such as internal family systems, working with the body, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotional regulation, nurturing self-compassion, and mindfulness. I am experienced with depression, anxiety, existential crisis, stress, grief, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and personal development.
Psychotherapy is an organic and a creative collaboration between the therapist and the client and therefore evolves uniquely for each client. I will work with you to strengthen a positive relationship with yourself, for greater authenticity and contentment in your life. My goal is to work with you on what you want to achieve. This usually starts with exploring you and your life to identity what we're working with. What I need from you is a willingness to work together, if you feel that I'm not the right fit for you after a session, that is quite ok!
