I am an integrative psychotherapist with a primary training in Psychosynthesis and secondary trainings in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Certified Practitioner) and EMDR (Levels 1-3). Drawing on the body, long history with Buddhist psychology and meditation, and over 12 years’ experience working with complex trauma in therapeutic communities in the NHS and the prison system, I work with clients to reframe mental health difficulties as psychospiritual opportunities to deepen our relationships and maximise our potential.
I have a special interest in working with trauma and spirituality in the body, including working to integrate insights from non-ordinary states of mind, such as those induced by psychedelics, using such techniques as mindfulness, guided imagery, parts work (subpersonalities, Internal Family Systems) and movement, among others. Offering: psychotherapy, coaching, supervision, group work, training, and consultancy.
I charge £95 for a 60-minute session, reduced to £85 for people who purchase blocks of 5 sessions in advance on a rolling basis, which is how most people pay me, and include the initial session at the concession rate should we go onto work together. I’m also happy to consider payment at the concession rate on a sessional basis paid before each session for people who are committed to weekly, long-term therapy.
